All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it meets the quality standards of Forty Ninth Ave.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Forty Ninth Ave. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Forty Ninth Ave is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at titaniam@fortyninthave.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
