Refund policy

Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy. Customers have 15 days after receiving an item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return contact titaniam@fortyninthave.com. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Store Credit / Exchange Only

Sale items, promotional purchases, or limited releases may be eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Return Conditions

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume/smoke odour, pet hair, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Right to Refuse Returns

Forty Ninth Ave. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
